Description
Canoe Kids is a one-week introduction to recreational paddling. Children paddle dragon boat, stand up paddle boards, sit-on-top kayaks, and recreational canoes. Children receive a progress card on the last day of camp, highlighting the skills they've acquired.

Schedule
8 AM to 8:45 AM - check-in and before care
8:45 AM to 3:45 PM - camp activities
3:45 PM to 5 PM - after care and check out
Equipment provided
Petrie Island Canoe Club will provide all paddling equipment.
What to bring
Please arrive wearing sunscreen, and dressed to get wet! Good paddling clothes are close-fitting and dry quickly. Shirts should cover the shoulders. Bring a healthy lunch and snacks, a water bottle, sandals, sneakers, a hat, sunscreen, and two warm changes of clothes.
